he existing homepage lacked emotional connection, clear navigation, and strong conversion pathways for pet parents. Critical information such as product categories, trust indicators, and personalized guidance was hidden or poorly structured. This resulted in confusion, low engagement, and reduced Add-to-Cart rates. A redesign was needed to create a joyful, intuitive, and conversion-focused experience that better reflects the brand’s mission of celebrating pet parenting.

To solve the usability, emotional, and conversion challenges, I redesigned the homepage with a clearer structure, warm visual storytelling, and intuitive navigation for pet parents. The new layout highlights Dog/Cat categories early, strengthens trust through ingredient and vet-approved sections, introduces personalized guidance via a Feeding Calculator, and uses a stronger CTA hierarchy. The result is a joyful, modern, and conversion-oriented experience that makes shopping easier and more human.

To transform Carniwel’s homepage into a warm, joyful, and conversion-focused experience that reflects the brand’s mission of celebrating pet parenting.
The goal was to improve clarity, trust, category discoverability, and personalization, helping pet parents find the right food faster while strengthening emotional connection with the brand.
